Located at 171 Piccadilly Street (housing the Small Business Centre Goldfields) tenants at our centre have easy access to small business advisory services in-house by the Small Business Centre Goldfields.

The Kalgoorlie-Boulder Business Development Centre is part of a network of 13 business incubators in Western Australia.

The Centre comprises 14 office suites and four sheds. Office spaces range in size and cost from 14.6m2 at $389.33 per calendar month to 18.3m2 at $488.00 per calendar month. All sheds are 50m2 and are $416.67 per calendar month. Prices will rise slightly in the second year of rental, and are inclusive of GST.

The maximum time frame tenants are allowed to stay at the incubator is 2 years. This allows a tenant to test the viability of their small business, stabilise growth and be ready to take on a more committed commercial premises.

Tenants at the centre have an Easy In/Easy Out method of occupation as only one month’s notice is required if they wish to vacate their suite/shed. There is no long term lease at the centre. The rental for a tenant’s suite/shed includes council and water rates, individual monitored security system, security lighting, rubbish disposal and use of common areas.

Tenants at the centre have access to self use photocopying and facsimile facilities at competitive rates.
 

Conference Room Hire

The building has a conference room available for hire, complete with a television, video/DVD player, electronic whiteboard, overhead projector and multi-media projector. Rates are competitive.

The training room has easy access to outdoor facilities including a paved patio area with a barbeque and outdoor seating. There is ample parking at the front, side and back of the building and kitchen facilities are available.
